Château de Brangues stands in Brangues (Isère), in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region of France. The building is registered as a historic monument (dating recorded in the Mérimée database: 14th century, 15th century, 16th century, 17th century, 18th century, 20th century). Its opening hours and prices have not been verified at the source yet.

Set on a rise above the village of Brangues in the Isère department, this pleasure residence built mainly in the 17th and 18th centuries incorporates a massive round tower from the 14th century, with walls two metres thick. Successive enlargements by the families who owned it over time gave the building its unusual P shaped layout. It is best known for having belonged to the writer Paul Claudel, who bought it in 1927 and is buried at the far end of the park. His study, left untouched, and his library are among the rooms shown on the rare occasions the house opens to visitors.
