Château de Beauregard stands in Nan-sous-Thil (Côte-d'Or), in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region of France. The building is registered as a historic monument (dating recorded in the Mérimée database: 16th century, 17th century). The building is privately owned and no visits are on record.
At Nan-sous-Thil, in the Côte-d'Or, the château de Beauregard stands on an isolated rise above the village stream. Its main range, elongated and dating largely from the 16th century though resting on older foundations, is flanked by square towers to the north and by two differing corner towers to the south, one square, one round. A 17th-century dovecote survives from the outbuildings that once surrounded the property. The site is now run as a bed and breakfast by its owner.
