Ce manoir du 17e siècle fut agrandi et remanié au 19e siècle par les architectes Victor et Paul Delefortrie. Le logis en pierre, qui s'inspire des demeures classiques françaises des 17e et 18e siècles, est rehaussé d'un riche décor exécuté par le sculpteur Hesse. Les pièces du rez-de-chaussée ont fait l'objet d'un traitement soigné, notamment la salle à manger (lambris d'appui, portes, cheminées, corniche).
