Château Cantenac Brown stands in the heart of the Margaux appellation, in the commune of Cantenac in the Gironde. Its Tudor-style silhouette, unusual for the Médoc, recalls the Scottish origins of its founder John-Lewis Brown, who had the house built in the early 19th century. The estate, ranked third growth in the 1855 classification, combines a 60-hectare vineyard with a building whose architecture stands apart from the typical Girondine manor houses nearby.
