Belair a dû vraisemblablement bâti à l'extrême fin du 18e siècle. Deux ailes basses de plan simple en profondeur flanquent le corps principal de plan double. La maison devint le siège d'un important vignoble. Elle fut transformée en un "château" viticole avec un toit d'ardoise à brisis.
