What the French Ministry of Culture records

La demeure du 13ème siècle, reconstruite à deux reprises au début du 14ème siècle puis au 17ème siècle et restaurée au 19ème siècle, n'a conservé que peu des caractéristiques de sa forme primitive. Le château est édifié selon un plan carré avec, aux angles, des tourelles rondes percées de meurtrières. Sa façade présente deux niveaux ainsi qu'un niveau surélevé. Au nord-est du domaine, deux bâtiments rectangulaires sont accolés aux chais et, au nord, se dresse un pigeonnier circulaire. Aujourd'hui, une partie de la centaine d'hectares du domaine est consacrée à la viticulture.
