Le manoir de Surcy paraît remonter à la première moitié du 11e siècle. Le manoir actuel comprend : - un logis du 13e siècle, de plan rectangulaire, à étage, aux baies en tiers-point, construit sur un cellier en partie est ; la façade sud a gardé la plupart de ses percements anciens ; le rez-de-chaussée, redivisé au 18e siècle, a gardé une cheminée monumentale du 14e ou du 15e siècle. - une grange du 13e siècle dont ne subsistent plus que le pignon sud et le mur ouest. - un cellier indépendant, voûté, à l'ouest. - les ruines de l'ancienne église paroissiale, essentiellement du 16e siècle. - la partie sud de l'ancien enclos comprenant l'ancien cimetière paroissial.
