Ce manoir devait être, à l'origine, un pavillon de chasse relevant du fief de l'ancienne famille de Cugnac. C'est un petit édifice de type « chartreuse » comportant un corps de bâtiment central, de plan rectangulaire, du 17e siècle, aux extrémités duquel furent ajoutés au 18e siècle deux pavillons formant retour sur la façade principale. En façade, trois grandes portes-fenêtres à arc surbaissé occupent la hauteur du bâtiment. Les combles sont éclairés par des lucarnes ovales encadrées de courbes supportant un fronton circulaire terminé par un pot à feu. Une terrasse, dont l'accès se fait par un escalier, s'étend sur le devant de la maison, entre les pavillons.
