What the French Ministry of Culture records

La partie la plus ancienne est constituée par une grosse tour ronde coiffée en poivrière, avec chemin de ronde reposant sur d'énormes corbeaux en forte avancée. Une corniche débordante coupe le mur de ce chemin de ronde. L'une des ouvertures a été transformée en lucarne au décor Renaissance, avec pilastres plats décorés de losanges et de chapiteaux. Un fronton triangulaire avec épis de pierre couronne cette lucarne. Le corps de logis à la Mansard date du 18e siècle. Faisant suite à la tour ronde, se trouve une tour carrée avec chemin de ronde et trous de couleuvrines. Un donjon carré avec tourelle en encorbellement contient un escalier à voûtes d'arêtes sur plan carré.
