Maison de plaisance construite en bordure de Seine à la fin du 17e siècle pour une famille de parlementaires rouennais. Le logis est formé d'une galerie centrale à l'italienne, entièrement ouverte, à arcades rythmées par des pilastres plats et des oculi, surmontée d'un fronton armorié et couverte d'un comble brisé ; il est flanqué au nord et au sud de deux pavillons, à un étage carré et couverts de hautes toitures, prolongés par deux ailes basses construites postérieurement.
