Manoir de la fin du 13e - début 14e siècle. La maison actuelle a conservé une porte en arc brisé au premier étage. Des fenêtres géminées gothiques éclairent l'édifice. Selon la tradition, c'est dans cette maison que serait né le cardinal Pierre des Prés, vice chancelier de l'église romaine et alter-ego du pape Jean XXII, fondateur de la collégiale Saint-Martin à Montpezat.
