Demeure probablement édifiée en 1765 par le marquis de Bazillac. La bâtisse possède un jardin clos avec un puits et des bâtiments ruraux à vocation de vivier sont disposés autour d'elle. A l'intérieur, escalier à rampe sculptée, fontaine en marbre de Campan dans la salle à manger. Raffinement du style Louis XV des parties en bois sculpté (rampe, cheminées...)
