Schloss Titting stands on the site of a former moated castle, a short distance from the parish church of St Michael in the village. The present buildings, arranged around an irregular octagonal courtyard, largely date from a rebuilding carried out between 1535 and 1539, with two rounded defensive towers at the eastern and western corners. A gabled gatehouse from the 16th century, bearing the coats of arms of prince-bishops of Eichstätt, marks the entrance on the north side. The complex also includes a former brewery and several outbuildings from the 18th century, restored between 2007 and 2014.
