Its round core combines a Renaissance dwelling with a tall neo-Gothic hall incorporating a keep, while a farm courtyard with late Gothic, Baroque and historicist buildings extends to the west, resting on the medieval curtain wall. Visitors enter through two old gates, the Alexandertor and the Andreastor, both bearing coats of arms and inscriptions, before a narrow footbridge over the moat leads on to the parish church.
