What the French Ministry of Culture records

L'ancienne entrée est remarquable par ses mâchicoulis et ses créneaux. La demeure est entourée de douves sèches du 14e siècle sur lesquelles donnent de vastes caves. Le bâtiment principal se présente comme un édifice du 17e siècle possédant une façade en gros appareil. La porte d'entrée est située sous un balcon à balustres reposant sur un ordre colossal. Les colonnes sont rondes, lisses et à chapiteaux d'ordre ionique. L'aile nord présente des maçonneries très anciennes, repercées au 16e siècle par des fenêtres à traverses. Les portes du rez-de-chaussée sont plaquées de pilastres supportant, au-dessus de l'architrave, un fronton sculpté.
