Château de Vauchelles-lès-Domart stands in Vauchelles-lès-Domart (Somme), in the Hauts-de-France region of France. The building is listed as a historic monument (dating recorded in the Mérimée database: 16th century, 18th century). Its opening hours and prices have not been verified at the source yet.
Located in Vauchelles-lès-Domart, northwest of Amiens, this brick and stone château was built over nearly two centuries, from around 1620 to 1770. Its façades display vertical stone chaining in a herringbone pattern, along with niches, cartouches and carved pediments above the windows. The main building is flanked by lower 17th-century wings, later 18th-century return wings and outbuildings, and the grounds combine French-style formal parterres with an English-style park.
