What the French Ministry of Culture records
Le manoir probablement bâti au 14e-15e siècle, est remplacé par une nouvelle demeure en 1580-1582, de plan en L. La chapelle Saint-Jean, de style Renaissance, date du début du 17e siècle. Une seconde phase de travaux a lieu en 1647, avec agrandissement du corps de logis vers l'est. Dans les années 1850, la demeure est agrandie vers l'ouest (ajout d'un pavillon au corps de logis principal, destiné à abriter un jardin d'hiver ; communs). Il subsiste des restes d'architecture des 16e et 17e siècles (crédence en granite de la fin du 16e sculptée d'un décor de style gothique ; porte monumentale en granit ; escalier de pierre à paliers droits du 17e siècle). Dans la seconde moitié du 19e siècle, le décor est mis au goût de l'époque : boiseries, décor sculpté et peint des plafonds à la française de la salle de billard et du grand-salon (vers 1860). Le manoir médiéval, avec dépendances et colombier, a été détruit à la fin du 19e siècle.
