Château de Pieuillet stands in Marcellaz-Albanais (Haute-Savoie), in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region of France. No visits are on record for this building.
The château de Pieuillet stands on a hillside overlooking the Rumilly plain, between the villages of Sales and Marcellaz-Albanais in Haute-Savoie. Built as a residence rather than a stronghold, it has housed several Savoyard families since the sixteenth century, including the Critain de Montregard and later the de Juge family, lords of Pieuillet for close to two hundred years. Its rectangular main building, flanked by two square towers and topped with pointed roofs, can be glimpsed from the road running alongside the estate. It remains a private home today, set within the surrounding farmland.
