Ce château présente le type traditionnel des maisons fortes de la seconde moitié du 16e siècle, avec son corps de logis à tourelles, sa basse-cour et ses bâtiments annexes entourés de douves. L'édifice est formé de deux niveaux. Il présente, au nord et au sud, deux murs pignons. La façade antérieure sur la cour présente, au centre, une tourelle à cinq pans qui renferme un escalier à vis. En haut était logé le pigeonnier. La façade postérieure présente deux tours carrées à chaque extrémité, percées au rez-de-chaussée de deux archères.
