What the French Ministry of Culture records

Ancien fief connu depuis le 9e siècle, mentionné dans une charte de Charles le Chauve confirmant les possessions de la collégiale Saint-Marau. C'est un ensemble de bâtiments du 17e siècle n'ayant pas été dénaturés. L'accès se fait au sud par un grand portail en plein cintre menant à une grande cour fermée par trois différents corps de bâtiments. Au nord, le bâtiment principal d'habitation se divise en un corps central et deux pavillons en avancée. Deux petites tours carrées encadrent le bâtiment principal. En retour se trouve la chapelle rectangulaire surmontée d'un clocheton carré en lanternon, terminé par un dôme. A l'est et à l'ouest de la cour, deux bâtiments bas servent de communs, leurs toitures s'imbriquant dans le logis et la chapelle.
