What the French Ministry of Culture records

Seule subsiste du château l'aile des communs, située à l'entrée de l'esplanade au fond de laquelle devait se trouver le château. C'est un édifice à étage flanqué de deux pavillons d'angle, et muni d'un portail monumental. Ce dernier est constitué de pilastres plats alternés de bossages de couleurs différentes. Ces pilastres soutiennent un entablement à triglyphes et métopes, qui soutient une corniche où s'appuient deux volutes inversées. Dans l'axe se trouve une fenêtre à meneau. La couverture a été modifiée par une toiture à deux pans. Dans l'axe du portail monumental, passsage voûté en berceau qui donnait accès à l'esplanade.
