Château de la Thomasserie stands in Vallières-les-Grandes (Loir-et-Cher), in the Centre-Val de Loire region of France. The building is registered as a historic monument (dating recorded in the Mérimée database: second half of the 18th century). The building is privately owned and no visits are on record.
The Château de la Thomasserie is an 18th-century hunting lodge in Loir-et-Cher built as a U-shaped pavilion, surrounded by water-filled moats. Its central body features a rare regional vestibule crowned with a painted vault depicting Diana's chariot surrounded by allegorical representations of the four seasons, along with two royal portraits signed on fireplace mantels. The lateral wings contain salons, a library, and a dining room, the latter retaining woodwork panels possibly from the early 18th century.
