What the French Ministry of Culture records

Une maison féodale aurait été bâtie en 1083. A partir de 1308, elle fit partie des bâtiments de la commanderie de l'ordre féminin de Malte, établie à Curemonte. Au milieu du 14e siècle, elle appartenait à Hugues de Jean. L'édifice se compose de deux bâtiments en équerre, avec tour carrée d'escalier à la jonction des deux corps. La tour abrite l'escalier à vis qui dessert les deux bâtiments.
