The Château de la Grènerie stands in Salon-la-Tour, in the Corrèze department, built to a mid-fifteenth-century plan by the Lesbolières family. Flanked by four corner towers, the building underwent major alterations in the nineteenth century, including a restoration in a medieval spirit from 1870 and the addition of a neo-Gothic chapel. Classical gardens, punctuated by ponds and a garden folly, extend south of the main building. The estate remains a private property today.
