Its opening hours and prices have not been verified at the source yet.
Set on an isolated promontory above the meeting point of the Meuse and Saônelle rivers, Bourlémont castle has watched over the Meuse valley since the Middle Ages. Its massive round towers date from the 13th century, when the original bishops' stronghold was rebuilt by the family that gave the castle its name. Later centuries added a Renaissance wing, a flamboyant Gothic chapel, and gardens later reshaped by landscape designer Achille Duchêne. From the castle grounds, the view extends to the Bois-Chenu basilica above Domrémy-la-Pucelle.
