Le fief remonte au 13e siècle. Le domaine était constitué par un ensemble agricole, le château et les communs. L'étendue de la ferme permet d'y regrouper les bâtiments d'élevage et de stockage, ainsi que l'habitation du fermier. La cour des communs comprend écuries, pigeonnier, logements de domestiques, forge, fruitiers Une importante série de travaux est menée sur le château dans la seconde moitié du 17e siècle et au début du 18e, doublée de la création d'un parc à la française, transformé en parc à l'anglaise au 19e siècle. Le château présente un corps central cantonné de quatre tourelles bâti sur un réseau de caves. Il conserve des cuirs peints et dorés, ainsi que des panneaux peints d'après des modèles gravés de compositions de Watteau.
