What the French Ministry of Culture records

Une enceinte rectangulaire, entourée de fossés secs et cantonnée de six tours rondes, existait à la fin du 15e siècle. A partir du milieu du 16e siècle, deux corps de logis furent ajoutés au nord et à l'ouest, puis une porte cochère et une porte piétonne ornées de bossage donnèrent accès à la basse-cour. Actuellement, seul le corps principal au nord subsiste, ainsi que des vestiges des autres parties et les annexes agricoles. Le bâtiment restant présente une belle façade avec une élévation à deux niveaux, surmontée d'un attique. Côté fossé, la façade est plus austère ; elle conserve son allure défensive. La trace des fossés est encore visible même s'ils sont partiellement comblés. A l'intérieur, une cheminée dont la hotte est ornée d'armoiries peintes est toujours en place.
