Dans cette villa, l'architecte Duc joua de l'éclectisme en mêlant motifs de la Renaissance et ceux des maisons méditerranéennes. La construction fut achevée par son collaborateur, Roux. L'habitation s'ordonne autour d'un patio central où huit colonnes entourent une vasque. Une tour ronde coiffée d'un dôme est logée dans un angle de la façade nord tandis qu'une tour carrée puis octogonale s'élève sur la façade est. Une terrasse à colonnes jumelées s'ouvre sur la façade sud. Des mascarons sous des frontons triangulaires ornent les fenêtres du premier étage. Une corniche à modillons court tout autour de la construction et donne naissance à un toit d'ardoises percé de lucarnes à coquilles.
