Dépendance et seul élément subsistant du Château-Neuf, construit à partir de 1533 par Philippe Chabot, comte de Buzançais. Pavillon du 16e siècle, modifié aux 18e et 19e siècles. Cette dépendance du château s'élevait à l'intérieur de l'enclos seigneurial, sur le côté Est de la grande cour intérieure. L'affectation précise de cet édifice est inconnue. L'édifice se présente comme un pavillon rectangulaire desservi par un escalier en vis logé dans une tour hors-oeuvre.
