Le domaine conserve trois mottes visibles, celle du Bois de la Roche étant la motte principale. Elle faisait partie du système défensif qui s'échelonnait sur les marches du Perche. La motte présente une circonférence à la base d'environ 80 à 100m. La basse-cour a disparu, mais les fossés sont encore nettement visibles.
