What the French Ministry of Culture records

Isolée devant le château, la tour circulaire est couronnée d'une galerie de mâchicoulis. Au rez-de-chaussée, une porte flamboyante est datée de 1506, mais la tour est antérieure. L'accès primitif se trouvait au premier étage, avec une poterne à pont-levis. A l'intérieur, la tour est carrée. Un escalier à vis hélicoïdal, sans noyau central, desservait les étages. A l'ouest se trouvent les niches de guet, et des meurtrières s'ouvrent aux angles sud-ouest et nord'ouest. La charpente porte la date de 1742.
