What the French Ministry of Culture records

Le hameau fut la propriété des moines d'Aubazine du 12e à la fin du 15e siècle. A cette époque, il fut acheté par la famille Chabrerie qui entreprit la construction du manoir vers 1585. La tour d'escalier en est la partie la plus intéressante, avec sa porte d'entrée à chambranle en quart de rond. Le linteau est orné d'un arc en accolade souligné de diverses moulurations. A l'intérieur, cheminées, dont l'une porte un décor de pans de bois moulurés. Sur la droite du manoir des 16e et 17e siècles, se trouve un bâtiment récent datant de 1968-1970.
