The manor of Procé stands at the heart of an 11-hectare park in western Nantes, between the Hauts-Pavés-Saint-Félix and Dervallières-Zola districts. Rebuilt around 1830 for a shipowner, it remained the centrepiece of the estate as the surrounding grounds were turned into a landscaped park over the course of the 19th century. The building now houses a café-restaurant, set among lawns, ponds fed by the Chézine stream, and old statues scattered across the higher parts of the park.
