The château du Plessis-Tison in Nantes, in the Nantes Erdre district, is no longer open to visitors as a building: it now houses the Blanche-de-Castille secondary school. What remains open to the public is the adjoining park, a landscaped garden of about 1.4 hectares laid out in the 1930s on part of the former estate. It features a man-made hill created when a nearby pond was dug in the 19th century, numerous oak trees, and play areas for children.
