What the French Ministry of Culture records

Ce manoir comprenait au 15e siècle un bâtiment rectangulaire élevé d'un rez-de-chaussée, d'un étage et d'un comble. Il fut transformé à la fin du 16e siècle et augmenté, côté nord, d'un bâtiment de même élévation mais plus profond. Aux angles sud-est et sud-ouest étaient montées deux tourelles de défense, avec meurtrières, et dont les deux tiers supérieurs sont en encorbellement. Tous les percements furent alors refaits. Deux tours carrées de défense, avec meurtrières, furent élevées aux angles sud-est et sud-ouest de la cour. Le rocher qui domine au nord est creusé de caves aménagées en servitudes. Un bâtiment de communs lui est perpendicualire, et fut ajouté en 1644. Un bâtiment moderne a été adossé à la façade ouest du monoir.
