What the French Ministry of Culture records

Manoir ayant appartenu de 1142 à 1622 aux moines de Cîteaux qui en avaient fait un centre d'exploitation viticole et une maison de convalescence. Vendu au 17e siècle à des propriétaires privés (nombreuses transformations). Rénovation au début du 20e siècle. Le pressoir se trouve dans le cellier qui n'a subi aucune modification lors des transformations du manoir du 18e au 20e siècle. Il s'agit d'un pressoir à leviers et à taissons (pièces de bois enfoncées dans le sol) , un des plus anciens de Bourgogne. Il est mentionné dans un inventaire de 1622.
