Manoir de la seconde moitié du 15e siècle, dans la lignée des maisons de ville à pignon sur rue, et présente les caractères du manoir urbain. Il est constitué d'un assemblage de deux constructions. Le premier logis présente, sur l'élévation principale, une grande lucarne caractéristique en encorbellement à chevron de rive festonné, et une succession d'allèges en croix de Saint-André. Le deuxième logis est construit sur cave. A l'intérieur, les dispositions de la fin du 15e siècle ont été conservées.
