What the French Ministry of Culture records

Le seigneur de Dinard-Saint-Enogat possédait le droit féodal du passage de Dinard à Saint-Malo, ainsi que le droit de haute, moyenne et basse justice. Sur ses terres, fut construit en 1647 le manoir en granit, situé face à un jardin à la française divisé en trois terrasses. De style Renaissance bretonne, le manoir est orné de grilles en fer forgé sur sa façade sud. A l'intérieur, l'ensemble des pièces a conservé presque intégralement la construction d'époque. Les pièces sont agrémentées de grandes cheminées. Le salon et la salle-à-manger ont leurs murs garnis de boiseries.
