Le manoir de Kermadec est situé dans un site occupé depuis l'époque gallo-romaine. Il a appartenu au Moyen Age à Gérard Saladin dont le fils, Olivier, est devenu recteur de l'Université de Paris, puis évêque de Nantes, au 14e siècle. Le manoir passe ensuite à la famille Huon de Kermadec. L'édifice actuel, datant du début du 16e siècle, est dû à Pierre Huon de Kermadec, et il est conçu selon les dispositions traditonnelles des manoirs de cette époque dans le Léon. Il se compose d'un corps de logis en équerre donnant sur une cour autrefois fermée. Il a été dégagé des constructions agricoles parasites qui le défiguraient et a retrouvé ainsi tout son intérêt, d'autant plus que l'intérieur a conservé ses dispositions d'origine. Représentatif de l'architecture manoriale du Léon.
