Le manoir de Balangeard (ou de la Rivière) apparaît au fond d'une cour fermée à l'est et à l'ouest par les dépendances ; le portail est flanqué de deux piliers portant deux statues qui passent pour être le Sire et la Dame de Balangeard. Ce manoir, datant de la première moitié du 17e siècle, est constitué d'un logis à deux pièces par étage, et d'une tour contenant l'escalier ; un appentis a été ajouté au nord-est, sans doute au 19e siècle.
