Le fief de la Baudinière est mentionné pour la première fois en 1500. La construction actuelle remonte au 17e siècle et a été remaniée en 1904. La Baudinière est constituée d'un corps de logis central cantonné de deux pavillons en retour d'équerre. Entre ces pavillons, le sol forme une terrasse surélevée par rapport à la cour comprise entre deux corps de communs allongés. La façade principale s'élève sur deux niveaux plus un étage de comble à lucarnes à frontons triangulaires. A l'intérieur, les pièces se distribuent à partir d'un vestibule central où se trouve l'escalier à volées droites avec repos intermédiaire. L'étage conserve une cheminée de la seconde moitié du 17e siècle. La Baudinière est une gentilhommière typique des métairies répandues dans le sud-est de la Vienne, l'Indre et le Limousin.
