The Wohnturm Wahlwies, also known as Schmalhans, was a residential tower that once stood in Wahlwies, a district of Stockach in the Landkreis Konstanz. It is thought to have been built by the lords of Wahlwies, first mentioned in the 13th and 14th centuries, before the lords of Bodman took over from the 15th century onward. The fortified site is only documented from 1572, and nothing of it remains visible today. Only a street name, 'Zum Schmalhans', still marks its former location.
