Schloss Weichs stands in the Weichs district of Regensburg, on the site of a medieval moated stronghold built around 1151 by the knights of Weichs. The present four-wing building, three storeys high, retains late Gothic and Renaissance elements from the 16th century, altered during the 17th and 18th centuries. Visible features include stepped gables, oriel windows, a small onion-domed turret and remains of the medieval wall built of rubble stone. The property is now privately owned and used for holiday apartments.
