The Schloss Walchsing is a small castle located in Aldersbach, in the Landkreis Passau, Bavaria. A manor is thought to have stood on this site as early as the 8th century, under the authority of Mondsee Abbey, with a local lord recorded here at the end of the 11th century. The present building dates from the mid 15th century, with late Gothic alterations and the decoration of the upper floor hall carried out in the second half of the 16th century. The three storey structure, topped by a clipped gable roof, was restored in 1980 and now operates as a hotel.
