Schloss Krölpa stands in Krölpa, in the Saale-Orla-Kreis district of Thuringia. Built around 1730 on the site of a former manor belonging to the von Brandenstein family, the three-wing building with mansard roofs contains an ornate baroque hall of about one hundred square metres on its upper floor. Unusually for Thuringia, the building still functions as a primary school, while also serving as the village's cultural venue. The hall can additionally be hired for private events.
