Schloss Eulenbroich stands in Rösrath, in the Rheinisch-Bergischer Kreis, in North Rhine-Westphalia. A fortified house is already recorded there in the Middle Ages, before a noble family established a proper moated residence on the site. The building later took on its present appearance through successive changes: a Baroque rebuilding in the eighteenth century, followed by a transformation into a bourgeois villa in the early twentieth century. Today the place mainly hosts cultural and community activities, within a setting that still bears traces of these different periods.
