The Burgstelle Bol marks the site of a former hilltop castle, now vanished, above Dettingen unter Teck. First recorded in 1275 as property of the knights von Bol, it later passed to the ministerial family of Teck before being destroyed in the 14th century. Only a circular earthwork around twenty metres across remains today, with a visible ditch, rampart and a shallow depression marking a former cellar. Its layout resembles that of a motte-type castle.
