Burg Niederkastenholz stands in Euskirchen (Kreis Euskirchen), in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. The building is a listed Baudenkmal. No visits are on record for this building.

Burg Niederkastenholz is a former moated castle (Wasserburg) located in the Euskirchen district that bears its name. Its 12th century defensive tower forms the oldest part of the complex, later extended in the mid 18th century by a wing known as the Propstei. Visitors can still make out the outer bailey and the main building, both built of rubble stone, as well as a remaining section of the former moat, which was largely filled in during the 19th century.
