Burg Kühlseggen is a former moated manor house between the Swist and Erft rivers, right next to the A61 motorway, in Weilerswist. It remains inhabited and privately owned, so the interior is closed to visitors, but a circular path along the moat, fed by the Weilerswister Mühlenbach stream, allows views of the buildings from outside. The structure seen today is the result of repeated rebuilding, most recently in the 1960s, following centuries of decay and alterations.
