Burg Kleinvernich, also known as Gürtzgensburg, is what remains of a former moated manor on the Lommersumer Mühlengraben near the Erft river, in the Kleinvernich district of Weilerswist. It never held true knightly status, having been a fortified manorial farmstead rather than a castle proper, and today survives as a four-winged courtyard complex still surrounded by a complete moat. The property is used as a working farm and inhabited, so it is not a site open for public visits.
